Happy New Year!

I hope everyone has a Happy New Year! I decorated my blog up so make sure you look at all the cool new gadgets. And I tried to get some new music to replace the Christmas music, but for some reason it isn't really working. So if it is playing Christmas music when you're on here I am sorry and will try to fix it soon!

I do not know what is wrong and it is making me REALLY mad. Every time I get on my blog when it first loads up there is an advertisement playing. You can hear it with my music! I do not know what it is, but I am getting a little fed up! So sorry if you hear it is should go away after it is over with. It only comes on when you first log on.

CHRISTMAS!!!!

It is CHRISTMAS! I can not believe that it is here! And I got some great presents. It has been just... GREAT! Last night we went to a church service with my grandparents and then they came over for dinner. And this morning we didn't open presents until like 8 because I slept in. LOLz. I got: The new Kris Allen CD, a Nancy Drew DS game, the 3rd Emily Windsnap book, a Victorian dollhouse that you can decorate yourself, accessories for that, My Sims Agents, two cammies from Aero, a top from Aero, a gift card to Hobby Lobby, some candy, a snow globe (for my collection of 42 OTHER snow globes.), and another book I've been wanting. Yeah I got a lot. I am very thankful for everything! And that is not the reason this Christmas was so good. The main reason was because of Jesus. *

AAAAHHHH!!!! Guess what!?!?!? If you do not know Ally Carter has had a week of giving on her blog. Each day she had a contest that you could enter for a prize. And she said she was going to have one today, but instead she gave us THIS!!!! The picture and title of Gallagher Girl #4!!!! I can NOT believe it! When I saw it on her blog I almost screamed! Only the Good Spy Young is the name. It looks AMAZING! I can not wait for JUNE! I love it!

Basket Ball

Today I had a basket ball game. (It was a tournament) And we got 3rd place! It went pretty well. And we were going to have practice every day this week other that Christmas Eve and Christmas, but my coach said we could have it off.

GUESS WHAT!?!? Ok, you all know that I have a new author that is one of my new favorites right? Liz Kessler. And I put a link to her website and audios of parts of the books. And on her website you can send her an email. And so I did. I put how I was a new fan and stuff. I also said I liked her blog and gave her a link to mine! And... GUESS WHAT?? She emailed me back (personally, not just something that is sent to every fan that emails her) and said that she checked out my blog! She said thanks for posting on her book too. How cool is THAT?!? Very.

Sorry I haven't been posting a lot. I have been working on the layout and background stuff and didn't get a chance. But now I am so no worries. And if you haven't noticed everything is CHRISTMAS-ISH! Very cool! Check out all the new gadgets for Christmas. And sorry if the count down clocks are not working. For some reason when I get on sometimes they don't was to appear. If they do not work you can try to refresh the page and if that doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you.

This week is going to be FUN! See the high schoolers have to take finals, but we don't! So all week we get out early and we get to do fun stuff! Like today we watched Night at the Museum 2. (I love that guy with the lisp! LOLz!) So yeah, it has been fun.

My Late Birthday

Sorry my birthday was a little late. It was really Dec. 4th. It was great though! At school my friends Kaitlyn, Andrea, and Nikki made me locker signs! (And Nikki made me a cute little clay present!) And then my friends Sierra got me a card and a gift card! And my other friends said happy birthday and stuff. Thank you all! It was great.

And then that night there was a dance. (My friend Kaitlyn told me I had to go. Or else she would wait at my door so...) And I am glad I went! It was fun... and a little nerve racking! See, there is this game called "snowball". The DJ played it twice. The first time I didn't play, but the second time I kind of lingered around. What you do is this: When the DJ yells SNOWBALL you have to find someone to slow dance with. And if someone asks you, you have to dance with them. And then the DJ will yell it again and you switch! It is really fun. So like I said the second time they played it I lingered around on the dance floor. And then a boy from my school came over and asked me to dance. I was a little hesitant, but I did. And then the snowball began! (It isn't that serious though... like you can even grab one of your gal friends and slow dance with them. Just for fun.) I danced with on of my friends cousins and another boy. The whole dance was really fun!

And the next day after practice my mom and dad took my out to eat! We went to an Italian restaurant. It was GREAT! My mom and dad got me two presents and my brother got me one. It was great! And the food... OH.... it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I loved it. And then one of the waiters came over and gave me a big dark chocolate cake with wiped cream! And then she say Happy Birthday in ITALIAN! It was sooo cool! I loved it. And then I ATE UP! The cake was A-M-A-Z... well you get it.

Anyway, I had a great birthday!

And today I had a basketball game. We lost. Out FIRST loss. And this team was really good. And we played good too, but we could have been better on our D-fence.

A New Favorite

Ok, as you all well know I love Ally Carter. Well now I have a new author to love. Liz Kessler! She is the author of the Emily Windsnap series and the Philippa Fisher series. I have just stared The Tail of Emily Windsnap and it is AMAZING! I love it! Here is a picture of the cover. I will have a link to Liz's Website soon too. It is about a girl who finds out she is a Mermaid! (I know that may sound weird, but it is really cool!)

I got glasses. As you can see on my little winter chick. But it makes me look really different. I haven't shown anyone at school so I am excited for that.

Great Day (or not)

Ok, today was a great day and not. The good things are the following: I finished a press pot and started on a new one in art class. I am on The Last Battle which is the last book of Narnia. (I am reading the whole series again. That will be time 2. There are 7 books.) I shot a 3 pointer at my b-ball game. (And made it) Ally Carter gave out the winner and the design of the T-shirt contest on her blog. (As you see above. This was by Layla A. of Ontario, Canada.) Ally carter also gave out the date of when GG4 will be in stores, (but this is kinda bad.) it is June 15! (I can't wait that long!) That starts the bad things: What I just said about GG4. And OM GOOSH! I was just listening to my music and found out that Kris Allen, Live Like Your Dieing, was not on there! The playlist place must have taken it off. Humph... :(

And the Count Down Begins!

The count down begins to Ally Carter's Heist Society and the Gallagher Girl #4. Here is the book cover for Heist Society. (In stores Feb. 9, 2010) And you can check out the count down clock for it bellow on my side bar. It cut some of it off, but you can still see it. Ally Carter has not given out the name or cover of the 4th Gallagher Girls book, but when she does you better believe I will tell! And so on the count down clock for it it just says Gallagher Girl 4. OM GOOSH! Today I was getting ready for some vball try-outs and I fell down my stares! (And I fell on my but.) FYI, it hurt. So at the begging of practice I could barley run. It was not fun. But it got better. And pray for me so that I can do good and get some more practice. Thanks!

I had my science far and I was sent to the finals with two other of my friends. One get 1st and one got 3rd. I didn't get anything, but I was happy for them. (And if was not mandatory so I get extra credit in science.) But is was fun because I got to miss my first 5 classes! And my last classes where advisory, art, and world cultures. It was great!

A Fun... And Not Fun Day

Ok, Today is going to be a fun day! I already slept in till 8:30. And I have basketball practice today too. I love basketball. And I am on my blog, and that is always fun. But the not so good thing is... well... if you have checked out yesterdays post on Ally Carters blog the title is "Miniblog: The GG4 title reveal!" OM GOOSH! I got so excited I almost SCREAMED! (FYI, GG4 means Gallagher Girl #4) But then if you read the post she does not announce it. She wanted to get some ideas from us on how to give the title out. Like last year she had a crossword puzzle and stuff like that. (Spy-ish) So I left a comment to give my opinion, but that title was NOT funny!

Halloween

Sorry I didn't get to blog on Halloween. I was a little busy. And yes, I did trick-or-treat. But not that long. It was cold! I didn't get that much candy, but I survived. And now that Halloween is over my background is new. I hope you like it! It is still fall-ish too!

Friday!

Finally it is Friday! This week went by fast, but I am ready for the weekend. How have you been? I have been ok. My head is a little stuffed up. I was just trying to call a friend (The JB lover) and I almost choked trying to talk to her! My mom had just opened up the windows and I guess I just got a little tickle. So ya.

If you have checked out Ally Carter's latest post you will know why I am sad. Some Lady said her book was good (This Lady must have been important because Ally was happy) but she said that Ally should put a vampire in the book. WHAT?!? I mean is she serious!?!? A VAMPIRE!?!? I really hope that Ally will NOT put a vampire in for 3 reasons, 1) It would not work with the story (hello vampires are not real!) 2) It would totally RUIN the series! 3) A VAMPIRE!?!?! Like the Kris Allen music? I hope so! I love his music. Speaking of music, last night I went to a Halloween party for my school. (It was... what is the word...BAD)(We didn't have time to plan a good one and we had no money.) But back to the topic, I heard this song called Fireflies. Talk about WEIRD! It was very strange. Good Day

Today was a good day. I spent most of my time at my grandparent's house. I haven't seen them in a while. I was going to get on my blog at their house, but they have dial-up. It... is... so... slow...and... it... takes... forEVER! But no worries because I'm on now. *

She is the author of I'd Tell You I Loved You, But then I'd Have to Kill You, Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy, and Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover. I have read the first one and am on the second one. (The first one was AMAZING!) So far the second one is good too. It is about a girl named Cammie Morgan (aka, The Chameleon) that goes to a school for spies. And out of all the things they teach at The Gallagher Academy they do not teach the girls about the world of boys. To see a full book talk or sneak peak of the book scroll all the way down to the bottom and it will be down there some where.
